Coverage

MySmartFit Chair is covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship, valid from the date of original purchase.
During the warranty period, NAN YA Plastics Corp. (the “Company”) will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund your chair if it is found to be defective under normal use.

Warranty Period

The limited warranty applies to the original buyer and is valid only when the Chair is used indoors for personal or office use.

Part Coverage Period
Base, frame, and armrests 1 year
Upholstery 90 days of normal use
Springs 1 year¹
Pedal plate and pedal arms 1 year

¹Spring tension may gradually decrease with use. Replacement springs are available on our website.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., upholstery fading, scratches)
  • Damage caused by pets, misuse, or improper care (e.g., burns, chemical exposure, cutting)
  • Commercial or fitness-related use
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Use by individuals over 300 lbs (136 kg)

User Responsibilities

  • Review theuser manual and instructional videos before using the Chair.
  • Use the Chair only in upright seated positions as shown.
  • Do not stand on the Chair or allow multiple users simultaneously.
  • Consult your physician before use if you have medical conditions that may be affected by stretching or movement.

Maintenance Tips

  • Clean and grease the pedal hinge periodically if squeaking occurs.
  • Wipe upholstery monthly with a damp cloth and mild soap.
  • Avoid contact with sharp objects, chemicals, or staining liquids.
  • Use a cover if pets or external risks are present.

How to Submit a Warranty Request

  • Include:
    • Proof of purchase
    • Photos and issue description
  • Wait for a warranty authorization number before sending any products

Please clearly label the authorization number on your return package. Return shipping fees are not covered.
