Return Policy

At MySmartFit Chair, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness seating and customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return within the guidelines outlined below.

Return Window

Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request. Returns requested after this 30-day period will not be accepted under any circumstances, regardless of product condition or usage. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition
  • Include all accessories, tools, manuals, and packaging
  • Be free from signs of misuse, excessive wear, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects

How to Initiate a Return

All returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Support Team To begin the return process:

Include the following in your message:

  • Full Name and Order Number
  • Copy of your purchase receipt or proof of purchase
  • Clear photos of the product from multiple angles, including a close-up of the issue or defect (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the problem or reason for return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs:

  • Return shipments must be sent using a trackable shipping service. We recommend insuring your package as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any original shipping charges will not be included in your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days (processing time may vary depending on your financial institution).
  • If your return is rejected due to signs of misuse or damage not covered under warranty, you will not receive a refund and the product may be sent back to you at your expense.

Ineligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The 30-day return period has passed
  • The product was damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, neglect, or alteration
  • The return request is missing required documentation or photos
  • The return was not pre-approved through Customer Support
